All pieces are made to order, requiring a minimum production period of 3 months prior to shipment. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

2. How much is delivery within Vancouver?

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our warehouse. The minimum charge is $50 CAD. An exact quote is provided at checkout.

3. Do you deliver outside Metro Vancouver?

Yes, however a surcharge applies for destinations beyond Metro Vancouver. Please contact us with your postal code for an accurate estimate.

4. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, complimentary pickup is available at our warehouse. Advance scheduling is required.

5. Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, all US orders are shipped via FedEx. Rates vary by destination and are quoted prior to order finalization.

6. What is your policy on damaged items?

Yes, however a surcharge applies for destinations beyond Greater Vancouver. Please contact us with your postal code for an accurate estimate.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of placing the order. After production has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our pieces.

8. Are duties included in the price?

Duties and import VAT are not included in the price. These fees must be paid to customs before delivery is completed.
